I had a great stay at this hotel in Lytham St Annes. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and right on the seafront. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfy bed and a lovely shower. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious. There were plenty of options to choose from, and the continental spread was impressive. The hotel even offered discounts at nearby restaurants for guests. Additionally, being able to swim for free at the pool across the street was a nice bonus. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was accommodating, the breakfast was gorgeous, everything was perfect. Fashionable room and lovely communication with the staff.

Had brilliant stay at the other hotel and the weather was very warm. Stylish and recently refurbished rooms, astonishing views of the sea. Fruit juices, croissants, toast, cereals and fresh bread were local and complemented the buffet breakfast. Best possible and convenient location, just a walk down to Lido. A wide array of food options close enough to the venue.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a fabulous hotel here. The location is absolutely stunning, as it is situated right on the seafront with a beautiful view. The staff at this hotel deserve recognition for their excellent customer service, as they were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my entire stay. The room amenities provided, including ironing facilities, heating, and tea and coffee facilities, were top-notch and ensured that my comfort was always a priority. Additionally, the hotel offers a continental breakfast, which was a great way to kickstart my mornings.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right on the seafront and close to the beach. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome during my stay. The breakfast provided was delicious and plentiful. The hotel had a lovely balcony that provided a great view of the sunset.

Cosy room with comfy bed, delicious breakfast with lots of lovely food. The staff was easygoing and exceptionally attentive, enjoyed this place.

Loved to be here, the hotel was fairly clean and pleasant, the location was perfect near to bars & restaurants. The reception was friendly with obliging staff.

Facilities were quite comfortable, even so Wi-Fi was pretty slow.

The hotel is conveniently located on the Promenade, providing easy access to St Anne's town centre and offering stunning views of the sea from the balcony. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, with a spotless bathroom and efficient service. The continental breakfast in the Olive Tree restaurant was ample and satisfying, with a variety of options including soya milk and freshly baked croissants.

The soundproofing in the rooms was inadequate, making it difficult to sleep due to noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway.
